Product Designer
One of my assigned client projects was for Redwood Credit Union where I created a new mortgage process for the client. The client was pleased with the new mortgage application process because it was a more fluid, efficient, and engaging process for their customer interaction. Specifically, the project taught me how to perform user testing, Website testing, and collaboration within a small team. I now understand how much time per week is required to meet the expectations and how crucial on time work delivery enables other team members to meet their responsibilities/assignments.

Apparel Chairmen
As apparel chairman, I helped create merchandising for my fraternity members. During which I was able to establish skills in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and clo3D. It allowed me to work more creatively and functionally and made me understand consumer identity and consumer influence.
